Membership and Executives
GCAS membership is open to all Ghanaians and non-Ghanaians in the community who share the objectives of the association. Currently we have over 200 kids and adults who are members and participate in most of our events. The association is governed by a 5 member executive team made up of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and the Public Relations officer (PRO). There is also a standing planning committee that helps the PRO in planning and organizing events. To read more about us and our constitution please check here.

Our Objectives
Unity
To unite and support one another and promote close relationships among Ghanaians and Canadians residing in Saskatchewan.
Welfare
To socialize, exchange ideas and share beneficial information among members.
Culture
To preserve the unique culture, language, tradition and heritage of Ghana.
Awareness
To promote public awareness of Ghanaian Culture and heritage in Saskatchewan.
Integration
To provide a cordial social environment that will facilitate the settlement and integration into Saskatchewan of Ghanaians new to the Province.
